  3. bcgopher.zip        Gopher client from Boston College (fast)

  5. bsdchat.zip        Chat client based on Berkley Sockets

  7. col_12b1.zip        NCSA Collage (collaborate on art/music across Internet)

  9. cooksock.zip        Author: alun@huey.wst.com.  CookSock is a
  10.             WinSock based application to implement the
  11.             cookie (or quote) protocol on port 17, as per
  12.             RFC 865.  Simply fire it up, open a cookie
  13.             file, and go.  The format of the cookie file
  14.             is that a $ sign separates each cookie.

  16. eudora14.exe        Eudora SMTP/POP mail client.  You may retrieve
  17.             the latest version from ftp.qualcomm.com in
  18.             the directory /quest/windows/eudora.
  19.  
  20. ewan105.zip        Author: unknown.  EWAN a free Winsock 1.1
  21.             Telnet with VT100.  Has asyncronus scrollback,
  22.             telnet teminal emulation negotiation,
  23.             configurable functionkeys and more.

  26.             FIBS/W provides a graphical point-and-click
  27.             user interface for the First Internet
  28.             Backgammon Server (FIBS). FIBS/W allows users

  32. fingd100.zip        Author: vorlon@hookup.net.  Windows Sockets
  33.             1.1 API compliant finger daemon.

  35. finger31.zip        Author: Lee@NRC.COM.  Sample Finger clients,
  36.             version 3.1, written to version 1.1 of the
  37.             Windows Sockets API.  "Finger" is written to
  38.             the synchronous, "fake blocking" form of the
  39.             Windows Sockets calls, and "Mfinger" written
  40.             to the asynchronous, message-based ones.

  42. fingerd.zip        Author: dmu@osvita.kharkov.ua.  This is a
  43.             finger daemon for WINSOCK 1.1 for Windows for
  44.             Workgroups.

  46. gophbook.zip        Author: KEVIN_GAMIEL@UNC.EDU.  The Gopher Book
  47.             is an attempt to superimpose the book
  48.             paradigm, one we are all familiar with, onto
  49.             the Gopher information system.  Menus fetched
  50.             from Gopher servers are presented as pages in
  51.             the book.  Each page can contain references to
  52.             other pages, text files, image files, binary
  53.             files, telnet sessions, and others.

  56.             for Industry Standard PC's using Windows 3.1.

  78.             over the telnet port.

  80. prontoip.zip        Pronto/IP is an advanced Windows Internet mail
  81.             client. Using any TCP/IP connection (LAN,

  99. serweb03.zip        Author: estrella@cass.ma02.bull.com.  The
  100.             serweb03 package is a Visual C++ WWW Server
  101.             (NOT CLIENT like XMosaic) that allows for the
  102.             placing of hypertext information on the
  103.             Internet or on any TCP/IP network.  The system
  104.             runs on Windows 3.1 or windows NT and runs on
  105.             the Winsock stack.

  107. smtp11.zip        Author: Todd.Young@StPaul.NCR.COM.  This Small
  108.             SMTP client is an asynchronous WINSOCK
  109.             application.  Written for Windows 3.1 only.
  110.             It has only been tested against the Wollongong
  111.             1.1 DLL.  It is limited ('send only') but
  112.             appears to work OK.
